Preserved_Specimen Tree ca 8-10 m tall, with 2 main trunks, these few-branched , the branches ascending-spreading, mostly leafless, ending in tiny curved buds; leave sin terminal rosettes, crowded, obovate-oblanceolate, strongly ruffled and bullate, flowers cauliflourus, borne on naked stem below leaf rosette, buds pinkish outside, flattened spheroidal, no open mature flowers seen (parts collected from ground); immature fruits globose with truncate apex apex hard, yellow-green, slightly ribbed on sides.
